This marks the first time a company has achieved this distinction under the upgraded standard, and it also establishes Huayou as the first enterprise in the non-ferrous metals industry to pass the AAA (National-Level) Renowned Trademark Brand evaluation.

On May 15th, the authoritative HR organization HR Asia announced the results of the "2025 Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award. Recently, Huayue Nickel Cobalt (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. received the 2023-2024 Blue PROPER rating certificate from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia. In March, the second phase of Huayou's Indonesia 50,000-ton precursor project successfully produced its first batch of qualified products, marking that the Huayou project has officially entered the stage of scale production. In 2024, the company achieved a revenue of 60.946 billion yuan, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 4.155 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 23.99%, marking the best operating performance since the company's establishment. The net cash flow from operating activities was 12.431 billion yuan, up 256.61% year-on-year, indicating a significant improvement in operating quality. By the end of the reporting period, total assets reached 136.591 billion yuan, an increase of 8.82% compared to the previous year, while the net assets attributable to the parent company were 36.946 billion yuan, a growth of 7.78%. For the fiscal year 2024, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5 yuan per 10 shares (tax included) to all shareholders, totaling approximately 840 million yuan, accounting for 20.20% of the annual net profit attributable to the parent company, continuously returning value to shareholders.
